The Church

The Church measures 8.7m x 15.3m.
The primary use of this space is church services, but it is also ideal for talks, lectures or small music events. 

It has been used for classical concerts and members from the Welsh National Opera have rehearsed here using our grand piano for accompaniment. 

Seating for 120 people.
The room is equipped with stage lighting and a video projector and screen which can be used for PowerPoint or other presentations.

There is a kitchenette off the church that leads to a single toilet. 

This toilet is not suitable for the disabled, however an accessible toilet is available leading off the church hall.

The cost of hiring the church is £50 / hour.

The Church Hall

The hall measures 8.7m x 16.2 m. 

It has full disabled access and toilets.

Its floor was replaced in 2013 and is perfect for dancing, concerts, keep fit activities, badminton etc.

The hall has a sound system, which can be used for a nominal fee of £20 / hour. 

There is seating for 100 people, with 20 large tables and 8 small ones.

The cost to hire this space is £30 / hour

Combined rate for hall and kitchen hire is £45 / hour.
 

Kitchen

Our fully equipped kitchen is connected to the hall via a wide serving hatch. 

There is a large gas cooker, a hot plate cabinet and a cold display cabinet, a dishwasher and fridge. 

There is ample cutlery and crockery.

The kitchen is only available to rent as part of a booking with the hall.

If you require the kitchen for cooking purposes with the hall the cost in total is £45 / hour. 
 

The Kinsman Room

Overlooking Drake's Park and Cascade, this 6.4m x 8.7m room is warm and inviting.

The Kinsman Room is a fantastic space for a more relaxed meeting for no more than 30  people. 

There is a kitchenette with cups available. 

The cost of this room is £20 / hour.

*Please note that the Kinsman Room is upstairs. There is a stairlift for disabled users who are able to transfer.

There are no toilet facilities on the first floor.
 

The Lounge

At 4m x 5.9m the Lounge is a perfect space for small meetings.

The room is bright and comfortable for up to 12 people. 

Furnishings 5 easy chairs and 2 two seater sofas,  2 coffee tables and an upright piano.

There is an option to have a more formal setting with a large table and chairs. 

Full disabled access.

Cost £15 / hour
 

The Lander Room

At 3.2m x 4.0m the Lander Room is one of our smaller rooms which accommodates up to 8 people. 

There is a table and chairs.

The cost of hiring this room is £15 / hour

*Please note that the Lander Room is upstairs. There is a stairlift for disabled users who are able to transfer.

There are no toilet facilities on the first floor..
