Meeting rooms for hire

The Church

The Church measures 8.7m x 15.3m.

The primary use of this space is of course church services, but it is also ideal for talks or lectures or small music events. It has been used for classical concerts and members from the Welsh National Opera have rehearsed here using our grand piano for accompaniment. Seating for 100 people

The room is equipped with stage lighting and two video projectors with screens front and back which can be used for PowerPoint or other presentations.

There is disabled access and a single toilet in a small room just off the church.This toilet is not suitable for the disabled, however there is level access from the church to a suitable toilet.

The cost of hiring the church is £50 per hour. 

The Hall

The hall measures 8.7m x 16.2m. It has full disabled access and toilets. Its floor was replaced in 2013 and is perfect for dancing, concerts, keep fit activities, badminton etc.

The hall is equipped with a lighting and sound system and there is seating available for 100 people. There are also 20 large tables and 6 small available.

The cost of the hall is £30.00 per hour.


There is also a kitchen with a serving hatch attached to the hall available at an additional charge - see below.

The Kitchen

A fully equipped commercial kitchen is attached to the hall, connected via a wide serving hatch which can be opened or closed as desired. 

It is equipped with a double oven, hot plate cabinet, chiller, dishwasher and fridge. There is also ample cutlery, crockery and cooking hardware.

The kitchen is available to rent either as part of a booking with the hall or separately. If you require the kitchen for cooking purposes with the hall the cost in total is £ 45.00 p/h. If you only require the kitchen it is £20 per hour.

The Kinsman Room

Overlooking Drake's Park and Cascade, this 6.4m x 8.7m room is warm and inviting.

The Kinsman Room is a fantastic space for a more relaxed meeting for no more than 30  people. 

There is a kitchenette with cups available. 

The cost of this room is £20 per hour.

*Please note that the Kinsman Room is upstairs. There is a stairlift for disabled users. There are no toilet facilities on the first floor.

The Lounge



At 4m x 5.9m the Lounge is a perfect space for small meetings. The room is bright and comfortable for up to 12 people. Furnishings include a 2 seater sofa, arm chairs, 2 coffee tables and an upright piano.

There is an option to have a more formal setting with a large table and chairs. Full disabled access.

Cost £15 per hour.

The Lander Room

At 3.2m x 4.0m the Lander Room is one of our smaller rooms which would accomodate up to 8 people. There is a table and chairs.

The cost of hiring this room is £15 per hour.

*Please note that the Lander Room is upstairs. There is a stairlift for disabled users. There are no toilet facitities on the first floor.
